Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your ALMOST SUNDAY order, but if something isn’t quite right, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unused, unworn and in their original condition, with all tags, labels and original packaging included. Bags and accessories must be returned with any original boxes, dust bags and protective packaging.

For exchanges, please return your item and place a new order for the piece you would like instead.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, particularly for fragile or high-value items. ALMOST SUNDAY cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

For customers in Sweden, please contact us if you would like a return shipping label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

For oversized, heavy or particularly fragile homeware, please contact us before arranging a return, as special return instructions may apply.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging, and we will help you.

HOW TO RETURN

Please include your name and order number with your return and send it to our return address in Stockholm, Sweden.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
